回采扰动下煤层大巷群围岩加固技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Integrated Prevention Technology of Anchor-Spray-Injection under Mining Dynamic Disturbance

摘要: 基于王村矿东翼采区煤层大巷群受工作面回采扰动影响破坏严重现象,提出了锚-喷-注一体化强化围岩结构、控制巷道围岩稳定性的防治思路,基于锚-喷-注在巷道围岩中形成的强弱结构机理,应用COMSOL有限元模拟研究得出采用水灰比为1.5∶1的超细水泥浆液对大巷围岩进行分层次耦合注浆加固。现场钻孔窥视和矿压观测结果表明:该技术注浆效果良好,巷道稳定后两帮移近量控制在过120mm内,顶底板移近量控制在90mm内,断面最大收敛率控制在5%以内。

Abstract: Based on working surface stoping disturbance phenomenon of serious damage of Wangcun mine east wing seam mining area roadway group, the anchor - Spray - note integration strengthening surrounding rock structure, control of roadway surrounding rock stability control thinking, Anchor Jet Grouting in the surrounding rock of the tunnel formed the strength of structure mechanism based on and using COMSOL simulation study obtained with water to cement ratio is 1.5:1 superfine cement grout of roadway surrounding rock points level coupling grouting reinforcement. Field drilling peep and mine pressure observation results show that: the grouting effect is good, the tunnel stability after the two sides moving close to the amount of control over the 120mm, roof and floor shift in control in 90mm, the largest section convergence rate control in less than 5%. The research results provide a theoretical and guiding significance for the stability control of surrounding rock of coal roadway under severe mining disturbance.
